I thought Associated Press had long since started using ñ everywhere. It's just embarrassing at this point to see "La Nina" and "El Nino" instead of "La Niña" and "El Niño." Any system that can't handle the eñe character at this point is ignorable. Or do they still keep one ASCII-only feed going and somehow this is it?

Would be nice to have have things like this be mentioned in normal weather forecasts.
