I think HN normally disprefers video, but this one is excellent: full of information, concise, technical yet accessible, by a pilot, using visual aids and exploring potential causes for this tragedy.

Also the comments section is unusually high quality for YouTube when I checked, and even contains the likes of which you'd expect to see on HN.

    Yes, Juan's channel is well done from a professional perspective. If you professionally point any noticed likely misassumption or misconception of one of his analyses, he will frequently engage and take the time to correct things in a later video.

    Yup. On informational topics or news, the video format usually means a reduction in quality of content and comments, but the topic of aviation in particular doesn't suffer that problem, for whatever reason.
